                  We process all orders with care within 1–14 business days and currently ship within the U.S. only. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow every step.
Shipping typically takes 1–8 business days once dropped off at the post office. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and occasional carrier delays may occur thank you for your patience and grace.
                    
                    
                      Return & Exchange Policy
                    
                  We want you to love what you ordered, because every piece is created with purpose.
Please note that all sales are final. However, we may accept a return under specific conditions:

The item must be unworn and unwashed.

Original tags must still be attached.

Photographic evidence of the item’s condition upon delivery must be provided.
 
Once we receive your request and photos, our team will review the case carefully. If the item does not meet our return criteria as outlined in our terms and conditions, we’ll notify you by email with our decision.
Damaged or Defective Items
We strive for excellence in every detail. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at orahme.store@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Once the carrier confirms delivery of your package, Orahmé is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If you cannot locate your order, we recommend checking your property, mailbox, local post office, or with neighbors first. If the package remains missing, please contact us at orahme.store@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee replacement, we will do our best to guide you through filing a claim with the carrier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
